Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students within the age group of 18 to 30 years. 2. Gender: Both Male and Female. 3. Players qualifying PAR-Q 4. Players who are willing to participate. 5. Amateur basketball players.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any recent injuries. 2. Any type of acute systemic illness 3. Players on any medication. 4. Any psychological issues.
