Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Presence of all mandibular permanent teeth except third molars 2.Moderate crowding in the anterior mandible with littles irregularity index of 7mm or more-indicating extraction of two first premolars 3.No previous orthodontic treatment 4.No systemic diseases 5.Good oral hygiene
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of trauma 2.History of orthodontic treatment 3.Decayed permanent teeth 4.Patients who have previous history of systemic diseases 5.Patients with congenitally missing anterior 6.Patients with severe tooth displacement 7.Longterm use of systemic corticosteroids, calcium channel blockers and anti-inflammatory
