Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students between 18-25 years old, both male and female. Recreational athletes with flat foot who have a practice schedule of 2-3 hours per day, 3-4 days a week, active practice/training in the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of Ankle sprain less than 6 months, knee injuries less than 6 months, and acute pain in the foot, knee, or hip less than 6 months.
