Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants aged between 18 to 25 years. The participants who use a smartphone in everyday life. The participants may be working, studying or taking a gap year. All genders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emerging adults diagnosed either with medical or psychiatric illnesses. Emerging adults who have experienced a major life event that could independently affect their smartphone use. A major life event can be defined as events that typically impose substantial acute, adaptive demands upon the individual and can have significant implications for mental and physical health
