Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who had participated in another clinical trial in the previous 6 months. 2.Subjects taking medication or other psychiatric medicines. 3.Subjects who regularly practice any yoga or meditation from the past 6 months.
