Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pratyatma lakshanas of Gridhrasi like Sphik purva, Kati, Prushta, Janu, Janga, Pada kramat vedana, Sthmba, Ruk, Toda. 2.Patients in the age group of 20 to 65 years irrespective of sex. 3.Patient fit for Paana, Nitya Virechana and Matra Basti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known case of Benign or Malignant tumor, Traumatic, Infective conditions of the spine or tuberculosis of the vertebral column. 2.Congenital Spinal Anomalies 3.Surgical indication such as progressive neurological deficit
