Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who have fulfilled the following criteria will be included 1. Adults aged between 30-70 years 2. Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus for atleast one year, based on ADA Criteria 3. Willingness to provide informed consent and complies with trial procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any of the following was regarded as a criterion for exclusion from the study: 1.Subjects with systolic blood pressure more than 139 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure more than 89mmHg or on antihypertensive drugs. 2.History of Cardiovascular disease 3. Presence of Neuromuscular disorders or joint pain that would interfere with the ability to perform yoga 4. Regular Practice of Yoga (more than two to three hours per week within the past 6 months
