Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Healthy individuals of both genders irrespective of race, sex, religion and socio-economic status and caste. 2)Evening chronotype (often called “night owls, ? tend to sleep in during the morning and thrive in the afternoon and evening.) will be included in study which will be evaluated on basis of MEQ (Morningness–eveningness questionaries) 3)Individuals having working hours of at least 6 to 7 hours per day. 4)Individuals showing willingness to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals who are under conventional medications. 2)Individuals having other metabolic or chronic diseases. 3)Individuals having any psychological illness.
