Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A known Diabetic patient on treatment Patient who are not taking any medications for Diabetic Polyneuropathy and having symptoms of Diabetic Polyneuropathy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant lactating women. 2.Patients who are known case of pulmonary tuberculosis, cardiac complications, Renal complications, sciatica, cord compression, Immunocompromised patients, hypothyroidism, autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled hypertension and malignancies. 3.Patients with known Vitamin B12 deficiency
