Intervention1: Ultrasound guided Erector Spinae Plane Block: Patients are randomly selected. The patients undergoing caesarean will receive ESP block with 15 ml of 0.25% plain bupivacaine bilaterally

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Parturients scheduled for elective/emergency caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia with age between 18-40 years. 2. ASA physical class I &II. 3. BMI between 18.5-29.9kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal. 2. Infection at site for block. 3. Patient having bleeding disorders. 4. Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics. 5. History of cardiac, renal or hepatic disease.
