Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient having sign and symptoms of Pittaj Mutrakruchra like mutradaha, muhurmuhur mutrapravrutti,saruja mutrapravrutti will be randomly selected. 2) Urine Pus Cell up to 10 /hpf 3) RBCs in urine up to 10 /hpf

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient having malignancy, Diabetes mellitus, BPH ,Pyelonephritis and Traumatic causes. 2) Urinary tract infection associated with calculus which need surgical intervention. 3) High risk patient, HIV positive, HbSAg positive.
