Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Stroke survivors: 1. Participants should be able to communicate in kannada 2. Having concerns with ADL components that are addressed by the OTHP- Stroke 3. Should be medically stable. Care givers of stroke survivors: 1. Primary care giver should be a family member living with person 2. Having concerns with ADL components that are addressed by the OTHP-Stroke 3. Should be able to speak, read and understand English/kannada 4. Able to answer everyday questions at a normal conversation level from 5 feet distance with/ without hearing aids 5. Able to read headline and a sentence in the newspaper with/without their regular glasses 6. Should have access to mobile/phone
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Stroke survivors: 1. Having more than one episode of stroke 2. Pre-existing neurological conditions 3. With receptive aphasia. Care givers of stroke survivors: Paid caregivers
