Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinical sign and symptoms of all types of Bhagandara (fistula-in-ano) irrespective of their sex, occupation and chronicity.Fresh as well as recurrent cases of Bhagandara.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: HIV,HCV,HbsAg and veneral disease infected patients. Patient with gross co-morbidities and systemic illness such as CCF, MI, CRF, DM (uncontrolled). Osteomyelitis of femur or pelvic bones.Intestinal and pelvic malignancies. Pregnancy. Secondary fistula due to – Ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disese, Tuberculosis.
