Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. All patients with lesions other than carcinoma breast i.e. benign breast tumor, myoepithelial tumor, mesenchymal tumors 2. History of Chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy received 3. Serum tumor marker i.e. CA15-3 detected before two weeks and after three weeks.
Design outcomes

| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| This study evaluates serum CA15-3 levels from blood samples, with results available in 1 day. We correlate CA15-3 levels with TNM staging from histopathology reports, which are available within 4 days post-surgery. The goal is to establish CA15-3 as a cost-effective diagnostic tool for personalized treatment, improving early detection and patient outcomes by comparing pre-surgery CA15-3 levels with post-surgery TNM staging.Timepoint: Once the patient is admitted, a biopsy from the breast lump is taken and resuts are obtained after 4 days. After confirmation of diagnosis, CA15-3 levels are tested, and results are obtained within 1 day. | — |

|---|---|
| CA 15-3 levels are anticipated to be higher in patients diagnosed with breast carcinoma & lower in those without the diagnosis. Elevated CA 15-3 is also expected in patients with tumors likely to become malignant. Surgery is performed based on the carcinomas luminal stage, usually within 2 weeks. Preoperative CA 15-3 levels are compared with postoperative TNM staging.Timepoint: Once the patient is admitted, a biopsy from the breast lump is taken, & results are obtained after 4 days. After confirmation of diagnosis, CA15-3 levels are tested, & results are obtained within 1 day. Later further treatment protocol is discussed for the patient | — |
