Exclusion criteria: Resident doctor appearing for examination in coming 6 months

Impact of Peer Learning evaluation by seeing the association between the delta score of each participant and the number of days they engaged in peer learning. Timepoint: At the end of 6 months

KP1 (reaction): To evaluate reaction of the participants regarding the PASTEL model, emotional and psychological support from peers and any challenges encounteredTimepoint: 6 months;KP3 (behaviour): To evaluate the extent to which the training has resulted in a perceived gain in knowledge, attitude change and confidence.Timepoint: 6 months;To evaluate the response rate and its challenges: Response rate of students for peer learning by evaluating the response rate of learning outcome and its challenges.Timepoint: 6 months
