Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 18 to 25 years 2. Both male and female 3. No neurological disease 4. NO psychological disease 5. No cognitive deicits 6. Athletes going through training from last 2 years 7. Physically fit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Younger than 18 years og age 2. Presence of psychiatric disease 3. Presence of progressive neurologic pathologies 4. Presence of diabetes mellitus 5. Addiction of drugs 6. Concurrent participation in another trails 7. Non-cooperative 8. Any musculoskeletal injury
