Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Pain intensity of minimum 3 on Numeric Pain Rating Scale. 2.patients having Active trigger point in trapezius. 3.At least 4 hours a day using smartphone in sitting position. 4.Patients having Unilateral Trapezitis more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neurological conditions related cervical region (like; spinal cord injury) 2.Musculoskeletal conditions in/around cervical region (like; Traumatic Neck Injury, Cervical spine fracture, Upper limb fracture, Cervical radiculopathy, Cervical spondylosis etc.) 3.Patients consuming painkillers or steroids. 4.Non-consent/ Non-cooperative subjects.
