Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA GRADE 1 AND 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of patient consent patient with a history of drug allergy ASA grade more then 2 history of other gastrointestunal diseases,vomiting or retching within 24 hours before operation history of motion sickness and migraine and psychoactive medication within last 24 hours history of severe/unstable cardiovascular,rspiratory,metabolic,endocrine or neurological disease ,impaired renal and hepatic function
