Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Participants fulfilling the sign and symptoms of Tamak Shwasa. 2 PEFR that is Peak expiratory flow rate 100 to 300 Litre per minute that is moderate exertion 3 Chronicity less than 10 years 4 Conscious and well oriented 5 Participants who are ready to sign the informed consent form and follow the treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Impaired cardiac, liver, renal function Diabetes mellitus 2 Acute and chronic infections - emphysema, COPD, pulmonary tuberculosis and neoplastic conditions 3 Pregnant and lactating women
