Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 patients of either sex from 18-60 years of age undergoing major abdominal or head and neck surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal American Society of Anesthesiology Class 3 and more Known drug allergy Heart block Arrhythmias Respiratory disorder Renal & Hepatic dysfunction
