Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults aged between 18 to 30 years. Both male and female will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of prior shoulder injury or shoulder surgery within 1 year . 2.Subject having shoulder instability or history of recurrent dislocation . 3.History of any musculoskeletal and neuromusculoskeletal conditions which interfere in test performance . 4.History of chronic and acute shoulder pain.

Range of motion of shoulder joint will be measure with the help of digital Goniometer and shoulder flexibility will be check by apleys scratch Apley,s scratch testTimepoint: 1hour( one time study)
