Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For Primary Objective: (i)For In-depth interviews, government officials from the excise departments, Law enforcement, Health care sector, and Elected representatives will be included upon getting written informed consent. (ii)For Focus group discussions college students and peer groups like Alcoholics Anonymous will be included upon getting written informed consent. For Secondary Objective: Alcohol retailers on-premise - bar, hotel, restaurant, resto-bars will be included for observation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: For Primary Objective: (a)Participants less than 18 years of age. (b)Participants self-reporting to have any mental health conditions. For Secondary Objective: Off-shops and country liquor outlets.
