Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having Arsha [1st and 2nd degree] will be selected 2.Patient of age between 20 to 60 years will be taken 3.Patients with hb Greater than 8mg/dl 4.Selection of patient will be done irrespective of sex, socioeconomic class , religion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known case of 3 rd and 4th degree haemorrhoids. 2.Patients with hb less than 8mg/dl 3. Pregnancy 4.Known case of DM,HIV, HbsAg positive. 5.Patients below 20 and above 60 years will be excluded.
