Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with classical lakshanas of Amavata and diagnosis as per ACR 1987 criteria will be selected irrespective of their religion, gender, or occupation. Subjects of either gender of age between 18-70 years old. Patients who give written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Secondary complications of RA, severely damaged joints. Poorly managed hypertension, DM, cardiac diseases, pulmonary TB, hepatic disorders, alcoholic and drug abuse. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients who are taking any NSAID, DMARDs, or corticosteroid drug will excluded. ? Patients with acute trauma to the joints. Patients with open wounds and skin lesions over joints.
