Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient willing to give written informed consent for study. 2)Patients of both sex and age above 18 years. 3)Patients having topical steroid damaged perineum and peri-perineal area presenting
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Age less than 18 years. 2)Patients not meeting the clinical criteria for topical steroid damage. 3)Individuals with other pre-existing dermatological conditions like cushing syndrome affecting the perineum and peri-perineal area. 4)Patients unwilling or unable to provide informed consent
