Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged between 40 to 60 years with Cessation of menstruation for 12 consecutive months before enrolment into the study Women attained Natural Menopause and Surgical Menopause also included in the study Predominantly having psychological manifestations Not undergone Hormone Replacement Therapy for past 6 months Women with DASS 21 scoring of Depression score more than 9 Anxiety score more than 7 Stress score more than 14

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with history of previously diagnosed psychiatric disorders like Bipolar disorder Schizophrenia organic psychotic disorders etc women on Psychotic drugs Women with history of acid peptic disorders women having Major pathology of reproductive system

1. Anxiety Depression and Stress of Menopause with DASS 21 Score 2. Psychological symptoms of Menopause 3. Ayurvedic symptoms such as Bhaya (anxiety), Shoka (sadness) Dainya (disturbed mind), Moha (worry) with ayurvedic subjective parameters Timepoint: 1. DASS 21 Score on Baseline and 45th day 2.Menopause rating scale on Baseline, 15th day, 30th day and 45th day 3. Subjective ayurvedic parameters on Baseline and 45th day
