Inclusion criteria: Skeletally mature patients Tibial Shaft fractures Closed / Gustilo & Anderson Open Type I & II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Polytrauma Intraarticular extension of fracture Pathological fracture Patellar fracture Open type III fracture Previous tibial surgery
