Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy asymptomatic individuals with hamstring tightness Participants with tight hamstrings defined by a passive knee extension angle more than 20 degrees

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypermobility (Beighton score more than 4) Involvement in regular flexibility exercises/yoga BMI more than 30 which would lead to adverse effects on knee extensibility Spine, hip, knee, ankle or foot abnormalities or deformities, structural or otherwise Any medical, surgical, cognitive, sensory or neurological disorders which could affect gait Vestibular, neuromuscular or cardiovascular system impairment Any medical treatment that might impair balance and gait Any injuries to the lower extremity in the last 6 months
