Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age - (18-30) 2. Weightlifters with shoulder pain due to weightlifting only 3. Unilateral or bilateral shoulder pain 4. Pain duration should be more than 30 days 5. BMI 18- 24.9 6. Male and female both 7. Physically fit participants (assessed by PAR-Q 8. Mentally sound (assessed by WHO wellbeing Index 5 9. Voluntary participants 10. Participants understanding or writing Hindi, English or Punjabi (any one of the language must)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants below 18 and above 30 2. Participants not willing to give consent 3. Participants having BMI less than 18 and more than 24.9 4. Participants diagnosed with any neurological problem (Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, GB syndrome, neuropathy, radiculopathy etc.) 5. Participants having diagnosed with any metabolic disorder (diabetes, hyper or hypo thyroidism , Hyper or hypotension, liver, gallbladder or kidney disorders) 6. Participants having diagnosed psychological problems 7. Participants having any diagnosed cardiorespiratory disorder. 8. Participants consuming any prescribed drugs other than multivitamins. 9. Participants consuming alcohol or cigarettes
