Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of ages between 18-70 years and both the sex irrespective of religion, socioeconomic status and occupation will be taken with the clinical features of Parikartika (Fissure-in-Ano) will be considered for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients above 70 years of age. 2.Patients with uncontrolled DM and HTN. 3.Known cases of Malignancy, Ulcerative colitis, Crohn?s disease, Syphilis and Tuberculosis. 4.HBsAg, HCV and HIV Positive patients.

MeasureTime frame
Outcome will be measured by parameters: 1.Bleeding per Rectum 2.Burning sensation 3.Itching 4.Pain 5.ConstipationTimepoint: Outcome will be evaluated every 7th day for 3 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Outcome will be measured by parameters: 1. Sphincter spasm 2. Healing of UlcerTimepoint: Outcome will be evaluated every 7th day for 3 weeks
