Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients showing Classical Lakshana of Gridhrasi(Sciatica) in working population. - Patients having positive SLR Test on examination. - Patients irrespective of both genders will be selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -The patients suffering from following conditions will be excluded from the study Disease of spine: Like Osteoarthritis Of spine, Spondylolisthesis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Rheumatoid arthritis of hip joint. - Tuberculosis of vertebral column

MeasureTime frame
RUKA (Pain), TODA (Pricking sensation),STAMBHA (Stiffness),SPANDANA (Twitching),Gaurava (Heaviness) will reduce. Timepoint: 10th,20th,30th day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Straight Leg Raising Test-With the help of Goniometer will asses grades and grade will reduce further treatmentTimepoint: 10th,20th,30th day
