Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex with Adhesive capsulitis ASA I and II Participants aged between 35 and 75 years Patients who have not responded to at least 3 months of conservative treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: H/o hypersensitivity reaction to local anaesthetics or steroids Parental refusal. Patients with Cardiac, Neurosurgicals and Renal abnormalities. Patient with Rotator cuff tear. Local site Infection.
