Interventions

Intervention1: Melatonin receiver: Patient with complain of nocturia will be provided 2mg melatonin per oral will be given for 2 weeks and outcome will be measured after 2 weeks. Control Intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with mean nocturnal voiding frequency of at least one episode per night as determined by 3 day bladder diary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neurological or psychological abnormalities 2. History of drug allergy or side effect from melatonin 3.Hepatic or renal dysfunction 4.uncontrolled diabetes mellitus 5. Diabetes insipidus 6. Cardiovascular disease 7.Urinary tract infection 8.Stage 3 pelvic organ prolapse 9.Urinary retention 10. Current smoker
