Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Rugby player since last 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non cooperative, Recent injury in last 6 months, Recent surgery in last 6 months (Ligament, meniscal, fracture)

MeasureTime frame
Speed: Measured using a 30-meter Sprint Test, Agility: Assessed with the Illinois Agility Test. Power: Evaluated through Vertical Jump Test Endurance: Measured by the Yo-Yo Intermittent endurance Test level 2. Recovery: Measured by post-exercise using a Rating of perceived exertion scale.Timepoint: Baseline Day 1 and after 4 weeks
