Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Kaphaja pratishyaya lakshana are observed and included Patient belonging to age group of 18 to 60 years Patients selected irrespective of sex occupation and socio economic status Those who are eligible for nasya karma Patient with xray showing haziness in any or all of the sinuses

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any systemic illness Patientwith complications of rhinosinusitis Patients with nasal polyp Patients suffering from headache which is caused due to migraine or tension or other neurological diseases
