Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with Mild to Moderate NPDR as per ETDRS classification Well controlled blood sugar with HbA1c less than 7 Well controlled blood pressure and cholestrol level Visible media on ophthalmoscopy WILLING AND COMPETENT TO GIVE CONSENT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nasya and anjana anarhas Other ocular diseases like dry eye,glaucoma,mature cataract Systemic disorders like cardiac and renal diseases Malignancy and bleeding disorders Underwent vitreoretinal surgery and photocoagulation Pregnancy and lactation VISION IN ONE EYE OR ONE EYE HAVING PROLIFERATIVE DIABETIC RETINOPTAHY AND ADVANCED DIABETIC EYE DISEASE
