Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 15-35 years (Active reproductive age) Excessive bleeding per vaginal during menstruation. Prolonged menstrual bleeding. Intermenstrual bleeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pateint diagnosed as HIV, STD positive. CA cervix and Uterus. Women using IUCD. Pateint having pelvic palpable pathology - any growth in genital tract. Pateint having major systemic disease like Hypertension,CVS, Renal ,TB etc. Uterine fibroid. Severe anemia.

Improvement in pain in lower abdomen and heavy bleeding.Timepoint: 3 months	—

Secondary

Improvement of irregular bleeding & maintenance of HbTimepoint: After analysing all the parameters the result will be assessed on he basis of symptomatic relief & improvement. Partially improvement after 30 days- patient get 40-60 percent relief from sign & symptoms. Improvement after 60 days- patient get 60-80 percent relief from sign & symptoms. Cured after 90 days- patient get 80-100 percent relief from sign & symptoms.	—
