Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 15-35 years (Active reproductive age) Excessive bleeding per vaginal during menstruation. Prolonged menstrual bleeding. Intermenstrual bleeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pateint diagnosed as HIV, STD positive. CA cervix and Uterus. Women using IUCD. Pateint having pelvic palpable pathology - any growth in genital tract. Pateint having major systemic disease like Hypertension,CVS, Renal ,TB etc. Uterine fibroid. Severe anemia.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in pain in lower abdomen and heavy bleeding.Timepoint: 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement of irregular bleeding & maintenance of HbTimepoint: After analysing all the parameters the result will be assessed on he basis of symptomatic relief & improvement. Partially improvement after 30 days- patient get 40-60 percent relief from sign & symptoms. Improvement after 60 days- patient get 60-80 percent relief from sign & symptoms. Cured after 90 days- patient get 80-100 percent relief from sign & symptoms.
