Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed as Vatarakta with classical symptoms according Acharya Charaka such as Sandhishula,Sandhidaha, Sandhi sparshasahatva,,sandhishoth,sandhivaivarnya Patient of Vatarakta having raised Serum Uric Acid Level more than 7.0mg/dl in Males and more than 5.7 in females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known case of major systemic disorder such as MI Uncontrolled DM Uncontrolled Hypertension Renal disease Hepatic disease etc Patients having arthritis other than Gouty Arthritis such as Rheumatoid Arthritis Osteoarthritis SLE etc Patient not willing for trial Complicated cases of Vatarakta by its upadravas like Hikka Murchha Moha Visarpa Pregnancy and Lactation
