Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1-Married female of age 20-35 years, having 2 or more spontaneous abortions before 20 weeks. 2-Patients who will agree for consent, necessary investigation and agreed for regular follow up. 3-Patient who will fulfill diagnostic criteria. 4-Patients having abortion profile test positive results are included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1-Female of age group less than 20 and more than 35 year. 2-Patients having induced abortions. 3-Pregnancies are excluded. 4-Patients who are anaemic (Hb % less than10 gm/dl). 5-Patients having bleeding disorders. 6-Patients having acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, STD, Chromosomal abnormalities. 7-Patients having systemic disorders like DM, HTN, TB, Heart disease. 8-Patients having anatomical malfunctions of genital organs. 9-Patients diagnosed with placenta previa, cervical incompetence. 10-Patients taking anti coagulants or blood thinner drugs. 11-Patients having h/o child with anatomical or chromosomal abnormalities.
