Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 14 years and above 2) Patients with Modified Dental Anxiety Scale (MDAS) questionnaire cutoff score of 19 and above indicating highly anxious patients or patients with dental phobia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients below 14 years of age 2) Patients using any medications or drugs that could affect salivary glands 3) Patients with Xerostomia.

1)To evaluate the level of dental anxiety using salivary alpha amylase among study subjects receiving Aromatherapy , before and during dental treatment. 2) To evaluate level of dental anxiety using salivary alpha amylase among patients who are not receiving Aromatherapy, before and during Treatment. 3)To compare level of dental anxiety among study subjects receiving Aromatherapy and study subjects not receiving Aromatherapy before and during treatment.Timepoint: 6 months	—
