Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age-50 or above 50 years. Sex - Male Patients with classical signs & symptoms of Vatashtheela.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age below 50yrs Patient with acute retention. Known Malignant condition of Uro-genital system. Patient with uncontrolled Diabetes. Patient associated with other systemic disorders like Chronic Renal Failure, Congenital deformities of Urogenital tract etc. Any Abdominal-Pelvic pathology other than B.P.H. Patient not willing to undergo trial.
