Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: case-confirmed cases of prostate cancer above the age of 40 years control-age matched patients without prostate cancer and other patients from the department of urology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of any cancers, chronic liver disease and kidney disaese
