Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 14 to 25 years. •Male Medium-fast, Medium pace cricket bowlers. •Sub-elite players registered with the grade cricket club for at least 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any upper limb and spine injuries. History of Upper limb fractures. Any neurological impairment in the Upper limb. History of bone or joint disease. History of shoulder instability. History of upper extremity injury or surgery over the past year. Already involved in another training.
