Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.serum uric acid level more than 7 mg/dl 2.patients who are willing to give written consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cases with severe systemic illness and other comorbidities 2. patients who are on urate lowering drugs
