Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. Patients between the age group of 18-70 years of either sex. Patients who are fit for Matra Basti Karma. Patients who are willing to participate in the study and sign in the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital Spinal Anomalies , surgical interventions of Lumbar spine. Patients with the symptoms of Vata Kaphaja Gridhrasi
