Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All freshly diagnosed cases of allergic rhinitis of 18-60 years of age 2.All patients of mild and moderately-severe allergic rhinitis(ARIA guidelines)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who has grade III nasal septal deviation, active nasal bleeding, or recent nasal surgery. 2.Patients who are immunocompromised i.e. Diabetes, HIV,cancer,organ transplant patients,autoimmune diseases etc 3.Syndromic patients like churg strauss syndrome, kartagener syndrome etc 4.Patients with polyps and mucocele that obstructs the sinuses. 5.All children less than 15yrs of age and adults above 60 years age(safety issues in learning technique)
