Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: participant suffering with clinical presentation of oral potentially malignant disorders like leukoplakia, oral submucous fibrosis, oral lichen planus and fulfilling the clinical criteria for the diagnosis of the disease and willing to sign consent form for the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient with doubtful diagnosis and presence oral cancer. patient not willing to participate in the study. patient allergenic to curcumin. Patient on antidepressant or blood thinner

MeasureTime frame
to determine the improvement in the clinical sign and symptoms of potentially malignant disorders using topical application of 20% nanocurcumin gel with systemic administration of capsule lycostar twice a day Capsule Evion once daily and compare the effect with topical application of triamcinolone 0.1% w/w with systemic administration of 6 mg of elemental lycopene.Timepoint: Evaluation of the patient at baseline and than at weekly interval for 8 weeks
