Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Any gender with KOA 2. Age group of 40 TO 75 Years[8] 3. Clinical symptoms and radiographic findings of medial compartmental tibio-femoral OA in unilateral or bilateral knee/s [2, 7]. 4. Kellgren –Lawrence classification Grade 1, 2 and 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inflammatory or infective arthritis 2. Osteoarthritis of the hips, ankle and foot 3. Having had previous knee or hip surgery 4. Received intra-articular injection within 6 months in the affected knee/s 5. Patient who has/had neurological problems affecting the involved lower limb/s 6. Any deformity in the affected lower limb/s
