Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Patients having clinical features of Karnanada and subjective tinnitus. -Chronicity not more than 3 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with the presentation of the following will be excluded for study: 1- Patients not willing to be registered for the trial. 2- Patient of age ?16 years and ?70 years. 3- Patients with objective type of tinnitus. 4- Patients with perforated tympanic membrane, blockage due to stenosis of external auditory canal, impacted ear wax, otitis externa, otitis media, deafness (CHL, SNHL) 5- Cases which require surgical intervention. 6- Patients with congenital deformity. 7- Patients of systemic disorders e.g. diabetes mellitus, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. 8- Patients on Chemotherapy, steroids and immunosuppressive drug therapy.
