Inclusion criteria: all patients undergoing resection and anastomosis in Sir T Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People having diversion procedure along with Resection and anastomosis surgery

To study the tolerance of oral feeding after resumption of normal bowel sounds in patients undergoing resection and anastomosisTimepoint: 12 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To asses the complications in post operative periods of 6 months in patients undergoing resection and anastomosis To asses the gradual resumption of diet according to bowel sounds upto full solid oral diet.Timepoint: 0 to 6 months
